Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Technology Engineer Print  

Full Time Position: This is an exciting opportunity with a growing business based in beautiful Davidson, North Carolina. The selected individual will be on the ground floor of a dynamic career opportunity. Summary and requirements for the position are as follows:

Required Experience and Skills:
• 1-2 years required experience with SQL Server, including: data transformation services, query development, stored procedures, SQL reporting services
• 1-2 years required experience with Active Directory and with installing and supporting server technologies including at least one of the following: Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Small Business Server, Microsoft Exchange
• 1-2 years working knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Server, Networking Services, XML and web services
• Working experience developing in at least two of the following: java, java script, VB.NET, C.NET, vbscript, HTML
• Capable of working with clients to document requirements for hand-off to dedicated developers for implementation and performing quality assurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to wear many different hats and provide value to our clients in many different roles

Preferred - Not Required:
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com, Saleslogix or similar tools
• Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server
• Marketing automation experience with Unica, ePiphany or similar tools
• Web design and management using DotNetNuke
• Pervasive Business Integrator
• Development using VB.NET and Microsoft Access (VBA)
• Predictive modeling using SAS or other statistical software
• Microsoft certifications in 1 or more technologies

Job Responsibilities:
• Install, setup, configure, integrate and test database-driven CRM solutions using Customer Connect’s PI-Cubed™ implementation methodology and best practices.
• Work with clients to define their sales, marketing, service and web needs – translating these needs into requirements documents.
• Provide end-user training to client contacts.
• Migrate data into newly configured applications from legacy systems.
• Work with Microsoft CRM and Salesforce.com to fine-tune the application for the specific needs of our clients.
• Troubleshoot and document quality control issues with applications.
• Perform all work with a high degree of independence, clear communication.
• Moderate to advanced customized application development work depending upon your skill set.
• Moderate to heavy amounts of client contact depending upon your skill set.

Part-time/Contract Opportunities Print  

Do you have strong technology experience with outstanding communication skills? In search of job opportunities that will allow you to work flexible hours? We currently have opportunities for individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

You will be responsible for developing and using business requirements documents to customize CRM software, create web applications and build marketing databases. Experience with direct mail data processing, direct marketing predictive models, proposal writing and managing client relationships are all preferred skills, but not required.

This is an ideal opportunity for: individuals who want to get back be in the workforce with on a part-time or full-time basis with a high degree of flexibility regarding when and where you work.

Requirements:
Fluent in at least one of the technologies mentioned above
Detail and quality oriented
Flexible and willing to take on multiple projects, learn new skills, and do "whatever it takes" to thrill our clients
